POSITION SUMMARY Relays orders to the kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.Observes diners to anticipate needs, respond to any additional request(s) and to determine when a meal has been completed.Prepares items such as eating utensils, napkins, and condiments on trays.Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.Assists residents to dining area if required.
