We are seeking a Food Production Cook to:
Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associates degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition.
Work Experience:
Minimum - One year experience in high volume food production setting.
Preferred - Two years' experience in high volume food production setting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - ServSafe certification required within 6 months of hire.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Work Schedule:
This is a 40 hours per week, vacation relief position. Hours and days will vary based on the operational needs of the department.
