Lead Bartender- Cin Cin- Full Time- Variable Shift (Reno) (Finance)

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests (i.e., excellent interpersonal skills). Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Ability to perform basic math. Be able to move quickly up and down the bar. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination. Must possess above average memory. Ability to understand the concept of cash handling, making change and counting it back to the guest. Must be over 21 years of age to work on casino floor with liquor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education : High school education or equivalent preferred. Must graduate from THE ROW's Bar School.
Experience : Prior cash register and cash handling experience preferred but will train.
Certificate/License : Must have a permit to work in the United States. Must have a valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS : Work is performed in areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky and on slippery surfaces. Frequent crowds, accompanying noise levels, and frequent tobacco smoke. Work may be performed in small areas having a 2-ft. access. Work may include exposure to vibration, solvents/oils, fumes/odors and dirt/dust. Requires the use of chemicals, electrical, mechanical and computer equipment, flame/heat-generated devices. Constant contact with staff and guests. May have to deal with intoxicated guests.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS : (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Position requires Team Member to enter & exit from the Team Member entrance which entails 4 flights of stairs (40 steps). Requires being mobile 100% of the shift including maneuvering through crowded areas. Requires occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.; frequent kneeling and lifting/carrying from 51 to 75 lbs.; constant standing, walking, bending and reaching in areas from floor level to 6 ft. high, crouching, balancing, pushing/pulling and maneuvering carts weighing up to 25 lbs. through crowded areas, lifting/carrying 10 lbs. or less, repetitive use of both hands, light and firm/strong grasping, finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination, normal hearing and near/far visual acuity, depth perception, field of vision, accommodation and color vision. Requires the ability to perform simple and complex tasks, simple reading, writing and math skills, work with precision, follow instructions, influence others, meet time requirements, memorize, problem solve and use independent judgment and decision making skills.

Prepare and serve beverages/food to guests and servers (i.e., food servers, and cocktail servers). Develop and implement a craft cocktail program for Roxy's Lounge and Martini Bar. Employee will report to work on time, adhere to behavior, dress, and grooming guidelines. Provide courteous and friendly service to all THE ROW guests and employees. Promote a safe work environment, and report any problems as they arise. The employee has an affirmative duty to stay current with, and apply all, pertinent company and departmental policies, procedures, and rules.
