Parts & Service Coordinator (Finance)



Trident Southeast is seeking an ambitious Parts and Service Coordinator to join a dynamic company in a fast-paced and growing industry. The Parts and Service Coordinator will provide support to Field Service Technicians by performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Trident Southeast is a division of Morris Group Inc. one of the largest machine tool distribution networks in North America.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Compete scheduling of meetings or tasks as assigned
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers/vendors
  • Prepare communications, such as: memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Provide "real time" support to managers as needs in the field arise
  • Prepare material for meetings (schedules, presentations, etc.)
  • Respond and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
  • Collaborate with marketing on projects as needed
  • Manage current and upcoming parts orders in our system
  • Responsible for coordinating and shipping logistics of parts and machines
  • Assist in maintaining project and customer information in SalesForce.com
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Customer Service
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make good judgment calls with little supervision


Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Prior parts and service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Spanish (preferred but not required)
