What You'll Get to Do

The Thermal Associate is focused on attention to detail and reports to the Thermal Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who likes to stay active. A vital member of the Thermal Department that wants to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Perform quality checks during the Insulbar process, report issues to Tech or Supervisor
• Assist Technician/Operator in locating and moving parts.
• Receives prioritized schedule from the technician or supervisor
• Loading and unloading completed parts
• Assist with other Insulbar or duties when required, (i.e. sorting metal, moving buggies)

We Are Looking For

• Must be able to follow written instructions and tracking information
• Must have math skills required to compute ratio.
• Must have a high level of initiative – able to work independently
• Lifting of parts weighing as much as 50 pounds and a team lift of 150 pounds
• May need to occasionally need to determine and distinguish shades of color for quality verification
• Must be flexible to work in any department as needed.
