Position Title: Acquisition Specialist (5E)
Position Summary
Responsible for negotiations with landlords and landowners to optimize the company's asset portfolio by enhancing the term of the assets, eliminating rental expense, and acquiring additional revenue, all in accordance with Crown Castle objectives that impact the overall gross margin and contribution to AFFO.
