Job Description
Saint Anselm College, a Catholic liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, is seeking a part-time (27 hours), academic year, Line Server/Cashier I in Dining Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving a wide variety of food and beverages to customers, setting up and stocking of food and beverages at the beginning of shift, preparing food for stocking on lines, cooking breakfast and lunch foods, performing basic cashier tasks, operating cash register, taking payments, making change, and cleaning tasks while following established health and safety procedures.
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of cafeteria/fast food operations; good basic math skills; ability to interact with customers; and physical ability to do heavy lifting and to perform all primary job tasks.
Required Experience
Qualifications include a High School education or equivalent required, with some basic skills in food preparation and handling.
Successful candidates will be able to assist the college to further its strategic goals for institution-wide diversity and inclusiveness.
