Job Summary:
As part of Epiq's Global Resource Support Team, the Technology Learning Specialist will provide content development and delivery across all legal software applications. Trainings will be conducted both virtually and in-person for all legal administrative support teams, including, but not limited to, new hire training, process improvement and workflow change management. This position is remote and will require some travel for formal training delivery.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- development, delivery and maintenance of the in-house learning and development programs focused on legal software applications enabling learning opportunities that advance the competencies of all firm employees.
- This person will create and maintain training materials in appropriate and impactful delivery formats.
- The Technology Learning Specialist will conduct training classes (both 1-1 and remote classroom delivered); develop e-learning courses, videos, workbooks and study guides.
- This role may serve in different capacities supporting the Project Management Office and liaise with all administrative departments to ensure consistent messaging and highest quality content delivery firm wide.
