Onsite Health Engagement Well-Being Coordinator (Sales)
The Onsite Well-Being Coordinator (WBC) will work closely with the Cigna Account Management Team, Customer's Health and Wellness team, Customer's other healthcare partners, other Cigna team members and customer wellness committee (key stakeholders) in executing the organizations health management goals. The primary focus of the WBC is health promotion.
In partnership with the Cigna account team, the WBC executes the appropriate delivery and coordination of wellness programs including event scheduling and appointment coordination, community and vendor programs, and monitors effectiveness of the programs. The focus of the WBC is the working well population of employees in aggregate. A core objective of this position is to facilitate wellness programs that educate and influence employees at the worksite to lead healthy lifestyles.
