Product E-Commerce Marketing Specialist (Marketing)
Job Summary:
A Product and E-Commerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the online sales on large retail platforms, researching trends in customer purchases and evaluating changes in the online retail market through data analysis. This role will assist decision-makers in the development of e-commerce products and online business strategies, and manage a defined range of products across various identified ecommerce platforms. Provides excellent customer service and innovative marketing ideas.
Primary Responsibilities:
Determine companys e-commerce goals and KPIs
Manage numerous SKUs across multiple marketplaces
Upload new product with clear product description
Identify key areas for improvement
Transform data into operational insights
Research competitors, alternative markets and opportunities in the e-commerce space
Develop solutions in conjunction with marketing and sales
Report and act upon changes and market trends
Establish goals and that support the company objectives
Manage freight to assure the lowest cost and highest service rates
Abides by all established organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

In-depth understanding of web-analytic tools, and knowledge of terminology and measures

Experience:
3 years-experience in digital economies and e-commerce
Proven record of driving website traffic, increasing sales on large retail platforms and improving customer retention.
Retail marketing and customer service
Inventory management
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing Data Analytics or related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
