Proposal Coordinator/Manager (Sales)
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

· Must be able to multitask, take initiative, and work well as member of a team
· Must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills
· Analytical expertise to support responding to analytical solicitations, developing analytical capabilities, and ultimately leading analytical projects and tasks
The Proposal Coordinator/Manager performs a wide range of support activities for proposal development group. The ideal candidate must have the ability to meet multiple deadlines, organize complex material, and coordinate with multiple parties internally and externally.
EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional, related work experience
· Experience supporting proposal and business development activities a plus
· Superior writing and editing skills with specific attention to detail.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task, and effective organizational skills.
· Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Visio
· Shipley proposal training or equivalent a plus, but not required
· Use of proposal automation system software preferred
· Ability to work in team environment
· Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines
· Strong time management and organizational skills
