Marketing Intern (Marketing)

GPI is seeking a marketing intern in our Scranton, PA, office. The Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing Coordinator and coordinate directly with the directors. The Marketing Intern will assist in the development and creation of all marketing collateral.

Responsibilities:

Assist with content development for master resumes, project sheets, service pamphlets, and other marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content and campaigns
Design and develop graphics for marketing collateral, social media, proposals, presentations, etc.
Assist with proposal development, including assembling proposal/qualification packages, editing/proofreading, and printing/binding/shipping
Add/update client/contact information to Deltek VantagePoint and maintain appropriate mailing lists
Research new opportunities and industry trends
Perform marketing-focused administrative tasks and distribute internal reports
Assist with event and conference planning

Qualifications:

Enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Familiarity with video creation is a plus
