Business Development Manager (Finance)
Develop an assigned sales territory to sell commercial products that include all diesel fuels, propane, Fleet One cards, natural gas, wholesale fuels, electricity, and Pacific Pride cards
Gather and maintain accurate and detailed customer information through the CRM program daily
Develop and implement sales strategies for new utilities
Assist product leaders in creating a vision of growth
Complete all contracts, paperwork, and procedures involved in the sales process
Attend monthly sales meetings and other required company meetings
Read, understand, and adhere to the provisions of the Risk Management Policy and Procedures Manual
Provide leads to other Shipley divisions
Communicate with customers to resolve problems and concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
Maintain contact schedule in Outlook and record into CRM
Participate in training with the designated Product Leaders for products sold in assigned territory
Provide any needed assistance requested by the Product Leader
