Test & Evaluation Analyst (Government)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
ANSER is seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Analyst to support Joint Program Executive Office - Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) Joint Project Manager for Protection (JPM-P). In the course of this work, the ideal candidate will conduct program and technical management duties as they relate to conducting Test and Evaluation (T&E) of system testing.
The analyst will be responsible for conducting Test & Evaluation (T&E) analysis and provide input to leadership (i.e., Program Manager and lead test engineer) to include:
Identifying and defining required tests
Supporting assigned test events and demonstrations
Monitoring test coverage
Evaluating overall quality experienced
Specifying the required test data
Evaluating the outcome of the testing conducted in each test cycle
The analyst will work in conjunction with functional leads on:
Constructing planning documentation
Evaluating and monitoring program risk
Responding to T&E inquiries/taskers
Advising on requirements development
Interpreting and translating program test requirements into workable plans
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three to five years' experience in DoD program/technical management. Experience in T&E desired.
