What You'll Do:
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
- Develop and implement customized OT treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic recovery.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and home programs.
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic rehab environment.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio.
- Prior SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic heart.
