If you are a CUSTOMER SERVICE professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL location, you will responsible for supporting the success of our customer programs and Oversight Services at Emerson Cargo. In this role, this team member will assist with managing new customer programs and any related inquiries on Oversight services. They will oversee qualifying new customers interested in Oversight Services, excluding Integration and they will manage onboarding new customer programs associated with our Tracker and Logger products. As a Customer Success specialist/ program specialist this team member will ensure all tasks related to the program are strategically and timely met.
AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS PROGRAM SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:
Must be able to manage multiple customer programs at once.
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
Delegating tasks to employees best positioned to complete them
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of customer program.
Following up on tickets associated to software engineering work
Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the customer program.
Serving as a point of contact for the team when employees are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicating with Customer Success Manager and/or Sales Rep of account to keep the customer program aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the customer program throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the customer program roll out as needed
Motivating people involved in the customer program to complete tasks on time
Training other departments on the customer's specific program details
WHO YOU ARE:
In this role you should be action oriented and understand the customer's needs based on communicating effectively and asking them probing questions on how we can support them with our software features. This person should be very customer focused and be able to collaborate with other peers to ensure the customer's needs are met. When focused on specific action items that need to get done this person should be able to direct work and delegate work to others that need to get a specific task finished to support the customer's needs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
Project management experience
Experience in account management or in the software/technology industry.
Customer-focused, excels in surpassing client expectations
Relationship building skills
Excellent Follow-up Skills, ability to ensure tasks are completed
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Self-Motivated - Proactive and thinks outside the box
Ability to manage competing priorities, multitask, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills to maximize time and achieve results.
Ability to travel up to 40% for the position.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
