Summary

We are looking for an inspirational leader to spearhead our Talent Acquisition activities in North America partnering closely with the business which is comprised of many exciting business units across a number of locations.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build and execute hiring strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates by collaborating with your broader HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues, as well as with hiring managers, to understand the hiring needs, priorities and critically assess talent. You will build strong, respectful relationships and help elevate our employer brand to a highly competitive level. By measuring the impact of our recruiting methods you will drive for continuous recruiting process improvement.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the business and relevant markets to help shape the talent acquisition strategy
  • Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create and operate a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process to ensure we are making high quality hiring decisions in a timely manner
  • Owning the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the entire process
  • Always striving to improve the above, identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing/hiring strategies, consistently ensuring a healthy pipeline of relevant talent
  • Role model recruiting and sourcing best practices, and help colleagues achieve their career aspirations through mentorship and coaching
  • Drive mastery of interview and assessment techniques within your team and across stakeholder groups including hiring for potential
  • Monitoring and reporting on key talent acquisition metrics, establishing accountability and using data to influence decisions
  • Define, design, and implement talent acquisition programs including employer branding, talent mapping and pipelining, and events among other initiatives
  • Partner with key resources to incorporate Inclusion & Diversity into all our recruiting efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Required
  • 3-5 years achievement in Talent Acquisition including end-to-end recruitment and a deep knowledge of sourcing
  • Comfortable with change and happy to take an agile approach to work. Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change.
  • Curious with a continuous learning mentality 
  • Customer focused and able to build great relationships - both virtual and in-person
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and used to working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Results oriented with a can-do attitude towards their work and the people around them
  • Process mindset and ability taking new initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Real appreciation for data and metrics with an ability to convert them into actionable activities and continuous improvement efforts
  • Experience with leading Employer Branding activation and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives would be beneficial
