Millwork Stager (Administrative)

Auburn Ridge, a leader in providing innovative cabinetry and millwork solutions to builders, is seeking a skilled and motivated Millwork Stager to join our Millwork team. This position plays a role in delivering top-quality interior doors by pulling, sanding, and pre-finishing components according to company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in woodworking and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Pull interior doors for each production order.Sand and cut down interior doors as needed.Maintain stock inventory, including conducting cycle counts.Assist with fulfilling overnight material orders received before 10:30 a.m. to ensure readiness for next-day delivery by 6:30 a.m.Follow all safety procedures while operating tools and equipment.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, machining, and assembly practices.Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative attitude.Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain).Must be able to lift 50100 pounds frequently throughout the day.
