We are offering a position that will be strategic, tactical and organizationally influential in nature. In addition to conducting full-cycle recruitment projects, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will participate in and lead initiatives to introduce and/or significantly enhance Companywide recruitment programs to include technology and social media capabilities.
The Senior Recruitment Consultant leverages his/her relationships with the VP, Talent Acquisition, CHRO, internal stakeholders, senior leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, develop recruitment strategies and plans and, develop candidate pipelines and sources that supports the acquisition of talent across business units.
