Project Coordinator - Environmental Health & Safety (Finance)
College Degree (or equivalent Baccalaureate degree) in Business Management
Working knowledge of building systems and components
Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills; technical writing abilities are a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously and independently
Experience with client communication and expectation management
Comfortable with semi-remote management by senior colleagues and/or upper management team
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel required; additional software experience is a plus
Responsibilities May Include:
Direct project correspondence, including preparation and review of proposals, memos, and messages
Communicate with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives of the project
Ensure adherence to budget through expense tracking and implementation of cost-saving measures
Manage project paperwork by keeping all materials current, filed, and stored
Coordinate team schedules and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
Participate in design meetings and provide input on possible solutions
Assist Accounts Receivable processes
Assess potential project risks and provide mitigation measures
