Dematic is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the NA Resale Tactical Team to be based in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. This role is responsible to provide meaningful and fact-based input into the development of the Resale financial forecast as well as its full monthly execution. This role leads the team to execute purchase orders, clear/reconcile invoices and expedite supplier deliveries to support the project team schedules. The NA business is growing, and the Procurement organization must transform the way it works in order to meet the critical needs of the region. This includes automating activities, technology implementation, streamlining for efficiencies and overall improved collaboration with the cross-functional stakeholders: Project management, Engineering, Installation, Project Finance and other sub-functions in Procurement.
The successful candidate will have deep domain knowledge relative to operational (tactical) procurement, be a proven change agent, be a natural people leader coach with excellent communication skills of sometimes complex subject matter.
