Senior Technical Systems Analyst (Information Technology)

Our group works closely with our business partners to gather Business Requirements to support the development of software for the Web and Cloud computing applications.
The Sr. Specialist, Technical Systems Analyst (TSA) candidates should possess the ability to extract business requirements, analyze these requirements and identifies application solutions for web and cloud based application. Provide research of issues and questions to provide solutions/answers in a fast-paced collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, loves challenges and can work in a fast-paced Team environment.
Responsibilities:
· Works with cross-functional teams of business and technology stakeholders to fully comprehend documented business requirements/User Stories and identifies application solutions to meet the business needs that are consistent with the defined architectural technologies
· Supports QA team in root cause analysis of test defects and guides development team on determining defect solution
· Strong competency in developing all SDLC design phase artifacts
· Documenting as-is and to-be processes
· Developing test driven acceptance criteria, supporting both unit and integration tests
· Assisting with user testing and documentation
· Providing end-user support including issue resolution and remediation
· Communicating and monitoring project tasks with the project manager/Tech lead/Scrum Master
