Roles & Responsibilities:
Review the relevant retailer websites daily with customer-first mindset; reacting to current business & changing trends.
Execute the end to end setup of all products for the retailer websites, including but not limited to product imagery, descriptions, highlight bullets, and overall product attributes.
Create marketing collateral to include images, enhanced brand content, icons, and other creative media.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, and brand management team, maintain, and oversee the schedule of product launches and on-site presentation/features.
Partner with retailer's marketing team to create new features that optimize the Genie brand impression on their respective websites.
Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to navigation and product listing pages.
Strong understanding and comprehension of competitor landscapes and competitor site capabilities (navigation and filtering offerings from industry leaders).
Strategize quarterly, monthly, and weekly promotional calendar with team.
Partner with customer facing teams to understand customer feedback and requests for content enhancements.
Work directly with the product management teams to communicate accurate fit and style details to customers through the product pages.
Work with 3rd party agencies and partners on project management and creative asset construction.
Keep cross-functional partners informed on category and navigation performance, using site analytics and customer feedback to help inform future development of the retail partner website and its content.
Provide seamless customer experience when executing promotional strategies online.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and any enterprise email platform
Requirements & Experience:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, or related graphic design programs is a must
1-2 years of eCommerce experience, preferably with big box retailers or marketplaces
Strong process orientation and ability to make creative decisions autonomously
Bias to action with appreciation of dynamic work environment
Ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to drive results in a collaborative way
A background in photography or videography is a plus
BA/BS is preferred but not required, with Associates Degree relevant work experience
