Prepare daily production list.
Ensure that all stations remain stocked before and during the meal period.
Execute proper transition between lunch and dinner service.
Verify that all kitchen staff follows all recipes and portion sizes correctly.
Supervise all on-duty line cooks, prep cooks, expeditors and dishwashers during daily food service in absence of chef and sous chef.
Prepare quality food in a timely manner during peak rush periods.
Oversee proper sanitation throughout kitchen and work station.
Supervise and maintain high quality of food product made in kitchen.
Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days.
Assist in the execution of any food and beverage special events and catering.
Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by chef at any time.
Ensures the proper completion of daily requisitions.
Sweep and scrub floors.
Assist in the execution of any food and beverage catering or other special events.
Follow checklists and other guidelines for opening and closing duties.
