Must be an accountable individual that shows up on time and works as a team member to meet business demands and goals.
Work within the extrusion department standing/walking for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day).
May work in other areas including catheter manufacturing as needed.
Expected to work overtime as necessary. Demonstrates working as a team player.
Responsible for obtaining raw materials (resins), drying the material, transferring it to the extrusion lab and returning any unused portion of the material to the warehouse.
Collect tubing using various methods including; conveyor, walking out, winding
Create accurate labels and apply them correctly to the packaging material
Fill out associated documentation and adhere to ISO standards
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) and work instructions (WI's)
Qualifications:
Good hand dexterity
Normal or corrected to normal visual acuity
Mechanically inclined
Basic math and computer skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy of documentation
Willingness and ability to work in a clean-room environment
Effective oral and written communication
Flexibility to modify working hours to meet specific commitments
