Change Management and Communications Lead (Finance)
This role will be focused on enabling and supporting the Strategic Capabilities Building (SCB) team's initiatives, through driving a strategic approach to change management and communications focused on increasing awareness, understanding, and adoption across the enterprise.
This individual will work closely with the PMO Lead and broader COE team to drive the strategic change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications. The CMCL will own the development, socialization, and management of the SCB change management framework, and create materials and plans to support SCB initiatives. Additionally, this individual will bring a holistic approach to change management, including training, communications, talent implications, leadership alignment, and stakeholder management. Finally, this role will partner closely with the MGS Learning team as required to drive overall success and adoption for cross-Mars University initiatives.
