Marketing Operations Manager (Creative Design)
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Under limited direction, this position manages marketing operations processes and programs to empower the marketing team to drive results. Highly cross functional role requiring strong program management and communication with an emphasis on mission-driven engagement, standardization, efficiency and support of a new omnichannel environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
Assures quality customer service to all customers.
Acts as the guardian of the marketing database - improves data quality, hygiene, and standardization.
Consistently and with accuracy implements marketing operations processes.
Maintains marketing operations best practices to enable comprehensive program, channel and campaign management & analysis.
Proactively recommends ways to remove manual processes and steps to make the team work efficiently.
Maintains documentation of contact strategy, segmentation and marketing operations processes.
Supports contact strategy change management process to document and communicate all segmentation and/or process changes.
Presents analysis and findings to a variety of audiences.
Remains abreast of changes and developments in the blood banking.
Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge/Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations that affect business operations required.
Licenses/ Certifications
None
Experience
Five years of related experience required.
Previous experience managing marketing technology systems preferred.
Prior experience using Eloqua or other Marketing automation tools preferred.
Experience working with Agile teams supporting marketing technology initiatives preferred.

Must have experience maintaining processes for complex marketing organizations.

Effective oral and written business communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of the team.
High attention to detail and accuracy preferred.
High degree of organization and the ability to be autonomous in delivering work preferred.
