Reports to: General Manager-DSD Sales
Summary
Under the direction of the General Manager, this position trains, leads and supervises direct reports in the assigned location(s) and sells products and services in order to satisfy Company objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Limited overnight travel
may be required.
