POSITION SUMMARY:
Monitor, manage, and support clientcomputer systems, such as software, hardware, and other network-related IT related problems.Primary focus on desktop and basic server level troubleshooting.Recommend appropriate technologies, processes, or analysis and aid in the area ofclientcomputer systems.Secondescalation point within department for related issues.
