💼 Shift: 2nd Shift
💲 Salary: $65,000-$75,000 base + $3,250 shift differential + 10% annual bonus
🗣 Languages Required: Fluent in Spanish or Hindi

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations in receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping
- Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume, automated facility
- Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency
- Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs
- Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity
What You Bring:
- Bilingual fluency in Hindi or Spanish - required
- Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience (3+ years in automated facilities preferred)
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,300.00 - $110,900.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
