DTC GTM Manager (Finance)
Driven by the DTC seasonal product investment and key brand marketing initiatives for upcoming seasons, the DTC GTM collaborates with site owners, DTC buyers, brand marketing, and DTC performance marketing to plan website experiences and features that highlight the essence of the brand and highlight the unique selling features of the products
The DTC GTM Manager coordinates, plans and reports on preseason strategy for all DTC channels for the Deckers family of brands. The DTC GTM Manager will lead a team responsible for preparing Ecomm site catalogs for product launches including product images, copy and attribute enrichment. They will also ensure all necessary assets are requested and delivered for in season product marketing execution and manage the plan to achieve forecasted goals for retail and Ecomm for all brands.
The DTC GTM Manager works closely with buying, marketing, and site production teams to understand the depth, breadth, and primary assumptions for DTC's seasonal product investments and key marketing initiatives. The DTC GTM Manager works closely with buying, brand marketing, performance marketing and site production teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and collaboration around the preseason Go To Market Plan.
Leading self by presenting compelling business cases for customer experience enhancements, identifying opportunities to promote products in the best way possible and initiating projects that drive KPIs. Leading others responsible for Ecomm site catalog preparation for automated product launch process.
