POSITION SUMMARY:
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee and execute the development and implementation of safe, optimal and cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods. The incumbent will recommend and implement improvements to all manufacturing processes; welding, tooling, assembly, paint, fabrication, plant layout, material handling, and quality. The position is also responsible for coordinating manufacturing launch for new or revised products acting as the liaison between Design Engineering and Manufacturing for all sites.
This individual will lead product and process integration, provide leadership, direction and guidance to product and process launch teams, and function as the key conduit to improving manufacturing process capability.

Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. At times, this job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
