Product Management Advisor - Supplemental Health Solutions (Information Technology)
Join the Supplemental Health Solutions (SHS) team as a Product Management Advisor, a manager-level, individual contributor role focused on the delivery of product management and product enhancement strategies and initiatives designed to maximize profitable growth and revenue targets. Strategies include market and segment analysis, product definition, competitive assessment and underwriting/pricing strategies, ensuring that products deliver superior value to customers. Engage with others in Cigna's SHS organization, and key matrixed business partners across the value chain to transform Product Solution roadmap initiatives into market-leading solutions.
Description:
This position will have primary responsibility for synthesizing buying group and segment needs of customers, clients, and brokers, leading competitive analysis assessments, solving product-related operational issues, and executing on new product enhancement projects, and components of product roadmap tasks or initiatives. In addition, this position will support the group Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity product suite to maximize market penetration, growth and earnings, including the coordination of market receptivity testing and new concept definition. This Position will also manage execution of product requirements, and will be responsible to work in partnership with the Product Development Team to support the launch and maintenance of new and existing group supplemental health product solutions.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 89,000 - 148,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
