Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the dispatching of motor vehicles. The Dispatcher records time of departure, destination and expected time of return. The Dispatcher may confer with customers to expedite or locate missing, delayed or damaged vehicles, maintain record of mileage, fuel used, repairs made, and other expenses. The Dispatcher may deliver vehicles, issue equipment to drivers, (such as radios, logbooks and keys), assign helpers to drivers, and assign vehicles to customer agencies.

Material & Equipment Directly Used:
Computer equipment, various software programs, fax and photocopier, hand radios, vehicles to include buses, stakebeds, tractor trailers, box trucks.
