Account Service Executive (Maintenance)
This position has responsibility for supporting the Major Market Account Executive team by servicing “key” major market customers. The Account Service Executive will develop customer relationships and have a comprehensive understanding of the accounts culture, expectations and overall healthcare goals. The Account Service Executive will facilitate implementation of strategic goals; supporting program changes, new product implementation and an enhanced service model. The incumbent in this position will work cross functionally with the account executive to communicate customer needs and expectations. The incumbent will contribute to the growth and retention results of major market's key accounts, by providing additional support for our most complex customers. The expectation of the Account Service executive is to be market facing and to develop into an account executive role.
