Associate Training & Education Specialist, RTG (Finance)
In this role you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and planning training courses for field support personnel and customers. The Associate Field Education Specialist will ensure all needed information to develop surgeon training in Sales Regions and Districts is obtained and supports the training demand. Ensuring that training programs have the needed methodology, training materials (course content and training aids) and tracking materials that must be obtained and entered for reference. Build and develop customer relations through effective communication that ensures training are meeting the customer and company objectives. Continuously work to revise lesson plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date by liaison with Restorative Therapy Group (RTG) and Field Support customer.
