Customer Integrations Manager (Administrative)

Position Description
The Customer Integrations Manager is responsible for managing and owning the entire EDI lifecycle, with little direct supervision. From initial customer requests, through prioritization, backlog management, testing and troubleshooting, the Customer Integrations Manager is the point of contact for customers and internal users. This person should be capable of troubleshooting and resolving problems, and knowing when to escalate larger issues to the Developer. The Customer Integrations Manager will seek out opportunities for customer integrations, and push automation via EDI or API to the customer base. They will meet with end users to train and coach on proper usage and best habits. This person will collect user feedback and opportunities, and coordinate with the Product Owner on implementation strategy. The Customer Integrations Manager will support the Development team by defining requirements, clearing roadblocks and communicating on behalf of the Developers.
Job Qualifications
Required Experience/Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or related field and/or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years related experience required
