Customer Service Associate, New Business Processing (Finance)
Position information:
This entry level position within the New Business & Benefit Service team supports the Guardian's Sales efforts through accurate and timely processing of New Business cases, preparing all applicable plan collateral including ID cards, Administration Kits, certificate booklet, policy and billing statement.
Paid Training begins on March 18th and continues through May 31st.
6:00-2:30 PST (Spokane, WA).
Our department is open from 5:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST. Upon completion of training, you will be scheduled for an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch, as well as two 15-minute breaks. We need to secure flexibility from each applicant as the schedule time can begin as early as 5:00 AM PST and end as late as 5:00 PM PST.
Candidate Responsibilities
You will start your career with a strong onboarding and progressive training program. You will be exposed to how an insurance policy works, business writing, and phone communication. The foundational skills that you will learn involve how to successfully install New Business cases

Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the Team Leader, Customer Service Delivery who, in turn, reports to the Manager, Customer Service Delivery within the New Business and Benefit Services (NBBS) business unit.
