Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Coordinator in our Scottsdale, AZ location. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends. Positions in the showroom are responsible for merchandising, promoting and selling the organization's products and services in our retail stores.
Responsibilities
Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features and
solicit orders.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management
Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations and procedures
Qualifications
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to operate computers, tablets and mobile devices
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
To effectively utilize FEI's customer relationship management system
