Business Office Assistant (Administrative)
Process Patient Credit Card Payments
Reconcile Patient Credit Balances
Distribute Voicemails/ Tasks/Emails
Collect and Distribute Mail
Process Initiated Payment Plans
Post Collections Payments
Work collaboratively with the Business Office team
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports, and other Correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and other correspondence
Other administrative duties assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Written and Verbal Communication
Experience with office productivity suites such as Microsoft 365
Clerical Experience
Experience with Electronic Health Record and Practice Management software
