Senior Manager, Responsible AI & Copilot (Legal)

Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Responsible AI & Copilot position is focused on presales and service delivery activities that are supported and delivered by Epiq's Information Governance practice group.  The position will deliver advisory and project-based offerings related to M365 Purview platform with specialization in Microsoft M365 Copilot and Responsible AI.  The Copilot Evangelist will play a pivotal role in promoting and educating others about our innovative Copilot technology offerings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, marketing savvy, and excellent communication skills to effectively evangelize our product to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Advocacy and Evangelism:  Act as the primary advocate for Copilot technology promoting Epiq's IG services, delivering compelling presentations, webinars, and demos to showcase its benefits and potential applications.  It will also have a responsible AI advocacy component aligning to services delivered around Microsoft Purview and related technologies.
    • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with developers, influencers, and industry leaders to foster a vibrant community around Copilot.
    • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and case studies, to educate and inspire users about Copilot.
    • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from users and community members to inform product development and enhancements.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align evangelism efforts with overall company goals and product roadmap.
    • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote Copilot and engage with potential users and partners.
  • Training and Support: Contribute to and author cutting edge training material to educate customers on the use of AI and responsible AI considerations.  Provide training sessions and support during the Copilot sales evaluation process to allow the customer to understand the full potential of Gen AI and make an informed decision.  Deliver persona-based AI and prompt training to customers post decision to purchase Copilot.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies, software development, and the Copilot platform.
    • Experience: 7+ years of demonstrable advisory and administrative\support assignments related to the M365 Purview suite and other related enterprise products
      • Professional certifications are desired:
        • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
        • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
        • Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
        • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
        • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Public Speaking: Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Marketing Acumen: Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, particularly in the tech industry.
  • Community Building: Proven track record in building and nurturing communities around technology products.
  • Creativity: Ability to create engaging and informative content across various platforms.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Strategic thinker who can lead the largest engagements while being supported by junior level staff.
  • Independent direction for daily tasks. 
  • Collaborative mindset and service orientation.
  • Domestic U.S. and international travel is variable and up to 25% annually.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
