Business Technology & Data Analyst, eComm (Finance)
Principle Accountabilities
Translating Business Requirements into Action Plan: Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to establish technical & performance needs, analyze trade-offs between usability and risk mitigation of different digital platforms. Understand information needs and proactively communicate with external/internal partners to test the feasibility of new features and enhancement.
Systems & Operational Excellence: Be the gate keeper and oversee proper functionality of systems and platforms enabling optimum DTC/Amazon business operation.
Define Enhancement Roadmap: Define and prioritize a well-defined product enhancement roadmap for Cocoavia.com with internal/external partners. Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and technological developments impacting our digital business.
Enhance DTC User experience: Support in defining success metrics and evaluate new features/builds using analytics, user acceptance testing, ensuring that product requirements are satisfied, issues resolved, and exceptional user experiences delivered. Ensuring site experience and design is consistent with the brand requirements and advise subsequent feature iterations.
Data Analysis & Tracking: Deploy digital/data/business analytics and measurement solutions (Google Analytics, Tableau/PowerBI or similar) to understand user behavior and identify product opportunities. Track, analyze, and report on key eCommerce KPIs, producing actionable insights and analysis on trends and competitive benchmarking.
Required Functional Skills/Knowledge
A functional understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc - Experience interfacing with web development / architecture a plus.
Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
Robust Analytical skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer and business needs, translating them to application and operational requirements
Nice to have functional skills/Knowledge
Experience working with ERP systems for a DTC Business
Ability to balance analytics with creativity in a strategic thought process

Key Experiences
2+ years in IT Business analytics, technology spaces with experience in Digital Commerce platforms
Experience managing data and reporting in spreadsheets, data visualization in presentations
Education
Bachelor's degree ideally of quantitative nature (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
