We're seeking a Vice President of Product Management who will craft and deliver our vision of the Customer Experience product portfolio. In this role, you'll own the creation of strategy to win in the customer experience space and build a portfolio of products to solve critical customer needs. You will lead the messaging, positioning, and growth of our Customer Experience Suite, which includes training for customer experience reps, conversational AI, improving customer experience through enhanced technology, digital experience feedback and analytics solutions. You will also own the employee listening and survey technology capabilities within Korn Ferry's Intelligence Cloud applications. You'll partner with fellow product managers, data science, data engineers, architects and engineers to contribute to the overall success of the team's roadmap and initiatives.
Analyze market research to define competitive landscape and articulate to the broader team.
Uncover customer pain points and identify market opportunities.
Create business case and get approval for funding from senior leadership.
Define product user personas and goal workflows.
Work with vertical business leaders and GTM teams to create, launch and scale packaged solutions for our market leading customers to improve their end user experiences.
Collect customer, market, and functional feedback to refine and improve future iterations of the offer.
Conceptualize, develop, and direct the execution of technology platform, services and capabilities.
Serve as the domain expert for Customer experience and related technology platforms.
Identify opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence in delivering in-the-moment coaching to service reps and/or better customer outcomes.
Strategic influencing skills to ensure alignment to strategic objectives across functions, departments, and stakeholders.
Success in working with decentralized agile development teams across international regions and with external vendor partners
Strong understanding of architectural design and best practices that will continually modernize the suite and allow for deployment across international regions.
Engage in technical conversations, weighing technology choices, and communicating at varying levels of abstraction.
Manage all aspects of platform product capability throughout the product life cycle, from definition to sunset.
Collaborate with Client Success teams on platform features as needed for keeping customers happy.
Understand the market/terrain through constant direct and indirect interaction with customers, prospects, go-to-market leaders and analysts
