Administrator - Safety (Architecture)



What You'll Get to Do

The Administrator for the Safety department is focused on supporting the needs of the department by filing, ordering, and all addressing all clerical work and reports to the Safety manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is organized and a problem solver.  A vital member of the Safety department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Inputting safety data into designated systems, generating reports on safety metrics, trends, and compliance status for management review.
  • Managing safety department files, ordering safety supplies, coordinating safety equipment maintenance, and scheduling safety meetings.
  • Create, maintain, & file records/documents as   Maintaining accurate and up-to-date safety documentation including incident reports, near-miss logs, employee training records, safety inspection reports, and compliance checklists.
  • Assist in data collection and   project support.
  • coordinating training schedules, managing incident reports, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting the overall implementation of safety policies within an organization
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Must be at least 18.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various levels of employees.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be capable of working independently with little supervision.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Understanding of basic safety principles and regulations (OSHA, local safety standards) preferred.
