Job Description:

The Senior Site Manager oversees the site operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations and ensure efficient processes.(Copy/Print/Mailroom/Hospitality in legal setting)

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and business innovation strategies.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

  • Provide coaching and professional development trainings.

  • Maintain outstanding organizational abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High School Diploma; college degree preferred but not required

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in site management or a related field.

The Compensation range for this role is 65,000 to 90,000 USD/year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
