Marketing Coordinator (Creative Design)

Join our team! WebsterRogers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Florence, SC office. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing-related collateral and content that promotes the firm's brand and drives awareness of our services. This individual will support the Industry Consulting Director in the execution of the firm marketing plan to contribute to the successful achievement of the firm's business goals.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and maintain marketing-related collateral including proposals, presentations, resumes, project profiles, social media posts, e-blasts, thought leadership, digital brochures, internal e-newsletters, press releases, and articles; ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Support the proposal submittal process by collaborating with business development and department leaders.
  • Add value to existing marketing materials and shape future collateral by writing clear, error-free content.
  • Develop graphics to support marketing communication.
  • Perform ongoing website audits and ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of internal and external events.
  • Represent the firm at local events, expos and networking events.
  • Work with all services lines and industry groups to develop and promote thought leadership.
  • Coordinate firm sponsorships and event participation.
  • Responsible for departmental administrative tasks.

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • One year of Marketing experience - preferably in a professional services firm
  • Must have the ability to utilize various social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote the firm
  • Must have demonstrated project management skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision; self-starter who is motivated to efficiently manage their schedule
  • Must have outstanding communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel if needed
