The Liquidity Solutions team sits within Product and manages a panoply of on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet client solutions. Liquidity products are designed for clients initiating/deepening a deposit relationship with SVB as well as those deploying newly raised funding from the private and public markets into market-based investment vehicles. Overall, the Liquidity Solutions team has product responsibility for ~$200B in deposits and ~$400B in off-balance sheet client investments (Money Fund sweep, Repo, Asset Management).
Liquidity Business Intelligence is source of truth for various business partners that oversee both the financial aspects of the Liquidity Solutions business as well as engagement & communication across the team. The Liquidity Business Intelligence Rates Manager will be plugged into the macro-economy and understand the relationship between the fed funds rate and our business. The Liquidity Business Intelligence Rates Manager will lead analytics related to the pricing of Liquidity products. The Liquidity Business Intelligence Rates Manager will leverage and improve existing reporting structures to lead to models that can be prescriptive in pricing clients and help relationship teams realize when to issue exception pricing. The Liquidity Business Intelligence Rates Manager will utilize junior team members to produce regular reporting. This role will be responsible for interfacing with sales teams to help drive accountability of current exception pricing and ensure profitability of clients with exceptioned accounts. As the bank continues to grow this role will be responsible to seeking opportunities to augment reporting through augmenting methodology and applying new models to current pricing structure. The Liquidity Business Intelligence Rates Manager will be in-tune to the competitive landscape and help understand which clients at "at-risk." This role will translate what happens in these markets to results seen by the bank and our clients.
