Senior Real Estate Project Manager (Project Management)
The Senior Real Estate Project Manager works directly with the Leasing & Asset Management Team to execute on all Pre-Construction & Project Implementation related opportunities at Phillips Edison's Shopping Centers. The position will work with the Leasing Team on negotiating construction lease language, create cost estimates, and understand timing requirements for all the construction required to assist new tenants opening for business within our portfolio of shopping centers. The position will also manage tenant construction projects from design through the tenant's grand opening. The role can either be located in the Cincinnati, OH corporate headquarters or work remotely from Chicago, IL; Virginia Beach, VA; or Raleigh, NC (must already be located in market to be considered).
