Sr. Product Manager- Fluid Management (Marketing)
Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively searching for a Fluid Management/Devices Sr Product Manager to work alongside our Imaging & Resection/Capital Equipment team to help lead, plan and execute our fluid delivery devices strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will work with engineering, marketing, medical education, sales, and KOL's to maximize the impact of our products, collateral, and educational efforts. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills along with seven plus years or more of related experience and a bachelor's degree are essential for this position. Oversees activities affecting a product to maximize the effectiveness, results, and market acceptance of the Fluid Management Product Portfolio. Plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy. Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results. Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PCs and have a command of MS Office plus any additional communications equipment as needed.
