Description
Responsible for the sale of Company products in a specified territory. Performs all traditional account management responsibilities for all accounts in specified territory.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes account strategies to retain and secure new business.
Gains appropriate customer approvals of Therm-O-Disc products on existing/new products. Develops proposals to maintain and secure additional business.
Works closely with customers to obtain/understand/guide design and performance specifications, aligning them with Therm-O-Disc technology and capability.
Serves as project manager for projects as assigned. Identifies key milestones and communicates requirements real time to the internal development team.
Obtains maximum penetration of approved products.
Monitors and reports on market dynamics and competitor activities.
Develops forecasts of existing and new products.
Prepares and presents territory reviews.
Leads communications with customers in territory. Serves as voice of customer communicating internally via call reports, phone calls, and other means available.
Monitors pricing for accuracy and consistency.
Leads/drives internal teams to address customer requests.
Requirements
BS degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related technical discipline with minimum of five (5) year's of field sales experience with electromechanical products or related education and experience equivalent
Ability to travel and relocate
Knowledge and understanding of market/industry requirements
Project management skills
Working knowledge of MS Office, or equivalent productivity suites, currently in use by the Company
Written and verbal communication skills
